Heliotics Exhibiting at HANNOVER MESSE 2025: A Recap of Innovation and Engagement
Two weeks have passed since HANNOVER MESSE 2025 wrapped up — and what an incredible experience it was! With over 130,000 visitors from more than 150 countries and over 4,000 exhibitors, it’s the largest and most influential industrial technology exhibition in the world. Being part of it as an exhibitor was a proud and exciting milestone for us at Heliotics. And after last year’s great experience we couldn’t say anything else but yes to going again.
Our Presence at the 5G and Industrial Wireless Arena
Located in Hall 14, Stand H06/41, we showcased our technology alongside our partners UPLINK Network and the Helium Foundation. The 5G and Industrial Wireless Arena served as the perfect setting to demonstrate how wireless communication, like LoRaWAN, is reshaping industrial operations.
What We Brought to the Show
At Heliotics, we develop plug-and-play Industrial IoT solutions that simplify the complexity of data collection and device management. At HANNOVER MESSE, we gave attendees a hands-on look at our powerful platform — designed to get businesses connected and running in minutes.
We presented:
- Heliotics IoT Platform: Our no-code dashboard with auto-onboarding and visualization — built for simplicity and speed.
- Energy Monitoring Demos: Real-time consumption data with comparisons across machines, shifts, and time periods.
- Machine Health Monitoring: Vibration and current sensors for preventive maintenance without the need for invasive installations.
- Environmental and Clean Room Monitoring: Track temperature, humidity, and air quality to ensure production integrity.
- Leak Detection Solutions: For smart factories, data centers, and manufacturing environments.
All solutions are designed to be wireless, battery-powered, and installation-friendly — with deployment in less than 10 minutes.
The Candy Scale – IoT Made Fun
Among the serious industrial tech, we added a little sweetness. Our Heliotics Candy Scale was a real crowd-puller: visitors took candies from a bowl placed on a LoRaWAN-connected scale, and our dashboard updated the weight live — displaying total consumption in real time.
It was a fun and tangible way to show how fast and interactive real-world IoT can be — sparking conversations and laughter.
To reflect it in some numbers on how it went – overall during the 5 days of HANNOVER MESSE 2025 we managed to “feed” our visitors with 3.83kg (3 827g) of sweets, i.e. 306 chocolate candies (1pc/~12.5g).
The Energy at the Booth
With thousands of professionals walking the halls each day, we were thrilled by the number of people who stopped by to talk with us — from factory managers and automation experts to integrators and curious technologists. The buzz around our booth kept us energized from morning until evening — and yes, we even hosted a casual afterparty right at the stand.
